Our Base Plate Clamp, also called Base flange, is often applied for uprights on level sites.
 
Fixing holes suit a wide range of common mechanical and chemical masonry anchors which we will be delighted to quote for on request.
 
In order to protect this clamp fitting from the weather, in case of water ingress, it is recommended to cover it with clamp fitting #192. If needed, this base weather flange will provide a weather proof seal when used with a suitable flexible sealant. 
 
Warning: To achieve optimum load characteristics, this clamp fitting should be adjusted so that the fixing holes are in line with the applied load.
 
We use clamp fitting 132-D ( to fit 48.4 O.D) in our TopFix Roof Edge Protection system to connect the upright post into TopFix Base Plate.
