CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return the goods from the date you received it. To be entitled for a return, your item must be returned to us entirely unused, inside the initial, undamaged packaging. You are also required to provide the proof or receipt of purchase. Before returning any items you will need to contact us and quote your order reference number and details of the item to be returned on email@example.com. Then the process of returns would begin.
Unfortunately, we are incompetent to cover any shipping expenses acquired during the cancellation/returns process. These must be fully paid for by yourselves.
Please note that returns of unwanted (non-faulty) goods will incur a 25% handling and re-stocking charge that will be deducted from any credit raised.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
When we get your item, we will inform you of its arrival and the refund or exchange status, after inspecting the item. If your return is accepted, we will begin an exchange or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the amount you paid minus the original shipping cost and a 25% handling and re-stocking fee. You will be given the credit within a specific total of days, varying on your card issuer's policies.
You will be accountable for reimbursing your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the rate of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund.
All supplies should be appropriately wrapped and packaged to guarantee safe handling and protection throughout the shipment.
