TOPFIX ROOF EDGE PROTECTION SYSTEM
Kite's TopFix offers a collective Fixed Roof Edge Protection System for metal profile and standing seam roofs up to 45 degrees.
Our TopFix Roof Edge Protection System is a permanent rooftop guardrail designed to fix directly to the top of copings or parapet walls. Ideal for areas where the wall height is insufficient to prevent falls or slips, this British Standard-compliant guardrail system provides reliable, long-term safety.
Supplied in modular kit form for quick and simple installation, the TopFix system requires no on-site welding or bending and is suitable for flat or sloped corrugated roofs.
All components are engineered for our 48.3mm OD tube size, making it a true off-the-shelf fixed guardrail solution—reducing fabrication needs and minimising site visits.
Kite’s TopFix system can be sold as a whole set or its components can be sold separately.
The fixed roof guardrail system is available in galvanised steel and consists of a fortified base plate that has several fixing centres, which allows the system to be fitted on a broad range of rooftops. Rivets and sealing strips are used to fix the system to profile roofs, guaranteeing minimum penetration.
